After the RMA Request form has been received by H3 PLATFORM, the customer department will judge whether this item should be returned. You will then be issued a RMA number and form for the unit under warranty or out of warranty.ALL returns require a RMA#. Any returns sent to H3 PLATFORM without a RMA# are subject to return (collect) to sender.
Please complete the RMA form and attach the form with your returning shipment.
Mark the RMA number VERY CLEARLY on the shipping label of each box shipped to H3 PLATFORM.
Ship the units with freight PREPAID to H3 PLATFORM using the original packaging materials.
H3 PLATFORM will repair or replace the defective unit and return it to you with freight prepaid.
