TAIPEI, TAIWAN – June 2, 2026 – H3 Platform Inc., a pioneer in composable PCIe fabric technology, today announced the mass production of the Falcon 6048 next-generation AI infrastructure solution at Computex 2026. Driven by H3’s advanced software management and system integration, this 3U high-density solution is engineered to fully unlock the potential of the GPU-accelerated memory/storage architecture, effectively eliminating "GPU hunger" and Out-of-Memory (OOM) bottlenecks during large-scale AI workloads such as Graph Neural Network (GNN) processing. To deliver this solution to the global market, H3 Platform has partnered with AIC to offer a fully integrated, hardware-validated platform built for intense data mobility.
As AI models scale exponentially into billion-node datasets, traditional storage architectures face severe data movement bottlenecks at the CPU and system RAM levels. The Falcon 6048 addresses this critical infrastructure challenge by leveraging H3's software orchestration to fully integrate the GPU-accelerated memory/storage architecture. H3's solution enables the GPU as the main initiator of data access, allowing GPUs to pull data directly from NVMe storage. Consequently, the entire system utilizes storage-as-a-memory service, significantly expanding the available memory pool whenever standard system DRAM reaches an OOM threshold. This effectively transforms ultra-fast storage into an extension of the GPU memory architecture.
"We are entering an era where traditional memory infrastructures can no longer keep pace with GPU processing power," said Brian Pan, CEO of H3 Platform. "While high-bandwidth memory (HBM) offers performance, its increasingly high cost creates a massive financial barrier for scaling large AI models. Through H3’s software orchestration, the Falcon 6048 acts as a high-speed system that allows organizations to utilize cost-effective, high-density NVMe SSDs as an extension of GPU memory. We partner with AIC to deliver a hardened, software-integrated platform that ensures data flows directly to the GPUs at maximum bandwidth. It can effectively bypass CPU overhead while reducing infrastructure Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) at a large scale."
For Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and enterprise customers, this unified solution drastically optimizes TCO. By utilizing high-density storage drives to handle massive datasets rather than relying on hyper-expensive, ultra-large capacity system RAM, organizations can significantly reduce TCO while maximizing GPU utilization rates.
"AIC is proud to partner with H3 Platform to address the most critical memory bottlenecks in the AI era with our industry-leading hardware technology," said Michael Liang, CEO of AIC. "To fully unleash the potential of H3’s solution, the hardware must deliver uncompromising thermal efficiency and high-density signal integrity. The Falcon 6048 represents the pinnacle of our manufacturing and server design capabilities, providing modern enterprises with a deployment-ready platform built for intense AI workloads. We look forward to showcasing this joint breakthrough at Computex 2026."
H3 Platform will present the Falcon 6048 architecture during Computex Taipei 2026. Attendees can discover this breakthrough AI solution by visiting the AIC Booth (#N1106), located on the 4th Floor of TaiNEX Hall 1 (Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1) from June 2 to June 5, 2026.
